Non-Returnability

Due to the sensitive nature of chemical reagents and strict quality control requirements, all shipped products are strictly non-returnable. Once a reagent leaves our controlled cold-chain environment, we cannot guarantee its integrity for redistribution.

Transit Damage Replacement

We offer a 14-day transit-damage replacement policy. If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or with broken seals, you may submit a claim within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or variant, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
